过去的事情

11月30日,
那时候最忙碌,最痛苦的日子总算是过去了!
不用再卖票,不用再卖笑的日子啊!
在三十号的前两天,
是我们组最忙碌的时刻,
东奔西跑的,
多数的组员都在学校礼堂过夜,
虽说是过夜,但完全是没有睡到的!
我只能说他们真的牺牲很多!
睡眠,精神,还有很多很多啊!
我们的组员多数是女性为主!但是在那三天里面,我们这群女人都成了男人了!
不得不说那些桌子和椅子都是我们女人搬的!
所有的重物……都是我们慢慢扛的啊!

哈哈哈!
我们活动当天,真的有很多事情发生!
但都是我们家的senior,changsheng帮忙解决我们的问题了!
这真的很感谢他和其他学长们!
结束了这一切,
我们都累坏了……
尤其是那些晚上不睡觉的家伙,
一收拾好东西就直接变挺尸了!
只能说他们真的累坏了……
我们收拾了连续两天才弄好的
真是累死人的经历啊!

12月2日
是我们所有的组,business course 的学生都会在那天报告所有的事情!
简称为,到底赚了多少的盈利。
我们在前一天晚上赶好所有的报告资料
也很庆幸说我们是第三组才去present的!
这样一来,我们会有更加多的时间去准备!

到我们这一组报告时,
是所有的相关人员都需要报告给老师们听
那时候我又再结巴了……啊!!!!!!!
真想要一刀捅死自己!
轮到finance的时候,老师们一看到我们赚了那么多,
眼睛都整个亮了……
因为这是我们有史以来赚得最多的一个组!
而且是又再破了我们学长学姐们的记录啊!
我只能说,我们这组超强的!
Super aggressive !
老师们给了我们一个机会来抒发我们3个月累积的心情
起初别人都说得好好的,轮到Ang d boh 的时候,
她眼泪决堤了!
说话哽咽,不知道怎么形容她才好!
导致全部人的眼泪也失控了……
一群人就在老师面前狂掉泪!
狂哭啊!
哇老耶!
一个两个讲到都哭了……
爱哭包的我也被他们所影响!
啊啊啊。。。。
真是的。。。
当时我说了什么……我现在真的想不起来啊!
只知道一边哭一边笑
老师应该觉得我疯了吧!
到了最经典的一刻是,
Ang整个痛哭流涕啊!
他身为我们的队长,肩膀杠着不是简单的任务
时时想着如何让我们赚到更多钱!
Mr Anson看到这一幕也是忍不住的哭了……
毕竟感同身受吧……
我们的changsheng也是流下男儿泪了!
PK叻,倒是直接倒在老师的怀里面哭....
虽是有点欠打! 但是真的很佩服他!
可以说我们组员都哭得很凄惨啊!

以下是我写的sales report
... 被所有人说这个报告超级奇怪的。。。
让我死了算……

Sales Report
First the all, as we need to do the research and find out the printing company which is giving the best price to our organization and finally we get the 5000 pieces of coupon on 23th of September. Furthermore, we decide that must print more 1000 pieces of coupon if we sell finish our 5000 pieces of coupon in 3 weeks. However, based on the sales report in Microsoft Excel, our group members sell 1560 pieces of coupon in 3 weeks which means that we are not achieve our target sales.
First week, our sales is not good as we expected as every member are lazy and not courage to ask customer for buying the coupon. Our leader has think some ideas to prevent the lazy members not going out sell coupon, so he say that for those who not achieved the target sales, must use your own money to pay it out. I know that is not a motivation for the members, however that is works! However, this ideas is totally can’t use as that will make a disaster for the organization so leader just take back his words and motivate our members again!
Moreover, we have split into 3 teams to make more efficient to sell coupon and also decide the some place for the sales team going to sell coupon. At first weeks and second weeks, our sales is slowly increase and at the third week is decrease the sales. In this stage, we have discover that at the night time is more easier to sell the coupon to the public as at the morning and afternoon is the working hours, so there is no human traffic.
However on the fourth week, there is the highest sales and also some members is sell finishing all the coupons. The leader has think that the traditional way- sell coupon to the public and the shop lot will not improve and increase our sales. So he held a meeting and the members are thinks about what is the sales strategy. Finally we has decide to approaching the companies which have a large capacity of workers in Klang area, sell coupon on the other event and multiplying the sales force. Based on the sales report in Microsoft Excel, with this 3 sales strategy, that is more efficient to sell to public with one by one asking and most of the members are increasing the sales.
As most of the members are selling finish the coupon, and our leaders and members has decide to print out 1000 pieces of coupon to sell. Before we decide this decision, there is some conflict in this organization. Fortunately, the conflict is disappear and  the strong sales members (Elaine Lee and Rachel) finish their own coupon, they help the weak sales members to sell coupon too. 
Furthermore, on that event day we have sell 175 pieces of coupon and our organization has expected have 2000 participants to come our event however the reality is not we expected and only around 1000 people come over our carnival. This situation occurs because that are some customer has giving the money, but don’t want coupon and no time to attend our carnival. However, I still need to thanks for the public and the people who purchase coupon or donate money as they believe me and our members. 
For this event, I have learned about the true colors of the human and reality and materialistic of the society. However, our members which is very hardworking to sell coupon, they create a opportunity and make some of the customer find them to become an agent of insurance. So that make me believe that the person who is hardworking, the luckiness will find them.
